OK, seems a buggered component. I know. I got this fromm chillblast who think the onbvoard graphics have to be used with sketchup and ignore the fact that this item cannot be seen. Hi Mike, Thank you for your patience, unfortunately I have been out of the office. In regards to what the person that had a look at the computer advised on, There is no flaw with NVIDIA graphics and Windows 24H2. I believe you have 2 systems in total, one from 2015 and a 2022 one, and as I am aware Both systems have integrated on board graphics, which you should use with Sketchup. Without testing the system, which we can look to arrange, we cannot diagnose the faults you advise you have. We can certainly remote onto your system as well if that helps, without testing it we can only assume it's issues with the software. Your newer system came back in May/June last year and was testing and found no faults. Many thanks Dave David Millar Customer Services Manager

Thanks d12dozr and Oli. Yes it's a frosted glass. I used a global + sun + lens flare effect in PS.

@jopsa2 said: hi pav! this sounds like a really interesting project, reminded me of something I saw recently, a project for a supposed dystopian future, built on water http://www.interactivearchitecture.org/nicholas-szczepaniak-a-defensive-architecture.html (aside from interesting, the renders look amazing) those images are incredible it reminds me of the concept art for city 17 from half life 2 with the wires coming down http://knol.google.com/k/-/-/3qekwxh18g0ry/y4ur95/halflife2citadel.jpg Keeping on focus good start on the flood shelter.

The entrance is not realistic - you would wreck the bottom of the car driving into it - it is way too steep IMHO.

What is the reason to have a car in the dinning room? If it's not tactless, of course, maybe it's for handiccaped people or such thing

Hi Billet! I think also lighting doesn't help to integrate elements, too much diffuse and without shadows like about half hour after sunset, even a real photography could seem fake Cheers

oh, i'm going to have nightmares about this tonight! the tension of those pieces is killing me, especially in the second one. i just want them to fall and be at rest! the render quality is excellent and very crisp. bravo, sir!

That's a really neat concept. I hope to see what you make of it. Definitely a lot of vegetation, some water, mixed with some ultra-modern black and chrome, that would be cool.

Yes It's a quick NPR First I render my model with Twilight, I use only the water material and the glass material of twilght, And I setup a Spherical sky, shadow at 10. I don't edit any texture (no bump, no reflection.) I use a gray scale image from SU, I choose multiply layer on gimp or photoshop and transparency at 25%. I think that the image rendered and the shadow with Twilight even in small setting have a good quality.

awsome. the only thing i can think of is to make your lights some yellow some orange (very close together)to give more of a candle lit/shadow effect.

I added a few new images. If you are inside a building like this you can hardly see the print, on the outside it will look like this. I should redo these images because on some the print looks like a snowy sticky powder.
