Sorry, missed this response, stuff happening and loudly. I will not be sending any scene's for a while as onepillockdrive is taking me up the wall. On my tenth circuit of wall, ceiling, wall, floor....... microsnot wanting me to reinstall the pillock drive to "Experience the full benefit of a properly functioning pc experience, it is only between £20 and £50 per month to home all my files on their 'super safe' servers". Good beginning. Those are some serious trucks you have there. My only crit is cutting is going to be intense with that little clearance between the board and wheels. It looks like it needs about a 1/4" medium-hard riser.

thanks TIG the truth would have liked more time to do this scene was complicated because, as he was also designing modeling space. no human figures and put many items on the tables because I wanted it to look good all the space on all the walls with lights. I think for 6 or 7 hours of work including rendering time the result is positive, It is always difficult to work against the clock

I'm not sure about sunlight for interiors, but you should try the others out. The 2nd tip is improve your tone map. Do those adjustments (gammas / exposures) or adjust it in PS or gimp. Simple but very neccessary.

Wow! Great renders. I'm not overly keen on the post processing of the second render but the first one is fantastic.

Thanks for the replies guys. Anyone have any idea how it would look rendered? I am thinking about trying kerkythea soon. Is it better to have more line segments in circles or will it look fine the way I have it now when rendered?

Jup I consider 3D modelling organic surfaces like making a clay model. Though I did use a poser model for the face as reference. Faces are difficult. Also not entirely happy with the hands and feet. But thats just between jou and me

These are fantastic and very realistic. I must try a spherical render like this somewhen.

just didnt have much time today to include all your suggestions. Got to much on. I couldnt touch the second house because SU keeps crashing. I think it may have to do with it being modeled ages ago on SU5 Anyway heres a revamp of the first house. Wish I had more time and money to play with it more. Cheers Sepo for taking the time to play around with that image. [image: Unit2_ClonburnRd.jpg] I know perspective is still not right. Found changing between 2pt perspective and playing with the FOV realy difficult. But in the end the client loved it.

@kwistenbiebel said: I actually like the uncropped version more as it is a bit menacing. Cool stuff all the way, stinkie. And Happy birthday Thanks, Kwist. Can't tell yet what version I'll go with. Komt tijd, komt raad. @arail1 said: Artists self-exegesis of the This piece illustrates Man's Inhumanity to Man sort tend to give me hives. Hm, yes. I think we agree here. @arail1 said: (...) does the announce card say An Exhibition of Photographs by Stinkie? (I doubt the long term commercial viability of that name by the way). But are they photographs? And if so, of what? No camera was involved and nothing was photographed. No, it wouldn't say 'photographs'. It'd say 'works', or something in the same vein. First, because I'd rather not dress my work up as something it isn't (quite the contrary - I'd emphasize its nature). Second, because -ideally- the show wouldn't solely consist of computer generated images. I'd like some gouaches (large abstracts), watercolors (ditto), reliefs (plywood + carpet) and sculptures (ditto) in there as well. And some pastels - those'd be the horrific cherry on top. @arail1 said: Are your digital files just the source that the final work is derived from or are they themselves the work of art? Would a collector buy a print or the digital file? The files are just the source - the way they're presented, printed or on a screen, is an integral part of the 'end product', and specific to each separate work - as is the scale, dpi, compression, choice of paper, choice of screen, choice of frame etc.

Looks pretty good. My only other comment is I see some moiré in the furniture and some repeating in the countertop pattern seen on that shallow angle in pic 2 and 3.
