I do not have a smart phone, it matches me for stoopid and I use it as a phone only.
I am sure there are folk here with a Whyphone who can describe the process.
I found this with a brief search.

Thanks, the raw render output is below, the Ivy was just one leaf made into a component, moved, scaled ect. Not perfect but better than PS, all the plants-trees are PS.
John
Ah, excellent! Thanks for the info.
Hi Pete and Crankston,
Thanks for your kind comments. Yes, it is often the case that you think the build should be relatively easy. The difficulties will only be visible later because you have considered but not all.
Charly
Thanks all, the last image was a bit of an afterthought after so much tweaking with the render. I used a great little piece of software http://www.hdrsoft.com/download/win.html , it's for hdri but you can use 1 image or adjust the exposure in PS first for 3 or 5 bracketed images.
Thanks John
great start, yamh.
I really like the wallpainting!
You might want to try a displacement map on the rug if your renderer allows it... which one are you using?
And maybe either show a little less of the white floor, or add a bit of interest with a different texture
Pretty good, the water in the pool looks more like metal than water, however. Maybe if it were slightly more translucent than it would look more real. A simple bump-map might also help.
Cheers,
Thanks mitcorb and leedeetee. I have been looking at thois image so much the past few days that i felt that way too.
Here is an image I found on the web of the actual place: Here is a photo of the actual Drive Inn: (See: Michigan Exposures)

Here is another scene from the project...the Gallery area of the Cinema.
I will render this one and will post the render here...

hello again!
i actually think I've finished at last! all modelling and texturing has been done, and the first "final" render is complete.
So thank you once again, you guys really motivated me with your comments!
Nice job, I didn't realize it was a render at first! Reading again your post I got it, and I'd like to share this link with you:

maybe it has interesting information for you
I really like the feeling of the rendering. Nice! I have three comments: it might help to see something out the window, even if this is a night shot, it will give it more depth; I'm not sure that the plaid material on the armchairs fit the scene and style; the floor and wall texture has a really obvious seam when it repeats, that I find distracting. Great job, overall!
Thanks Lee, the brick isn't SU but it's a pretty standard jpeg that I altered the colour. I've been looking at pics of the Shables lately.
Dave thank you also.
Out of bordem today, this is what you'd see if some rotten sod stuck you down a drain.........
