Since I got that distortion, I started modeling stuff from scratch. Another option could be "Make Unique Texture" directly in SU, which will make the face gain the single texture of window/ cladding/ whatever... but sometimes Make Unique Texture doesn't work good because the object on which you project the texture, goes white.

i think the problem with the tall grass is that its too repetitive, like copied blocks of grass...

just like the tiles on the sidewalk, they are all the same texture, and it shows

also some sky and ground elements, like the guys said: light fixtures, urban elements, some birds in the sky, etc

about the colors, i would tweak it to a little bit warmer colors

it is actually pretty nice as is, but you asked for sugestions to improve, theres my 2 cents

I'm guessing you have a material in particular that is hanging it up. You can choose which materials can be overridden, which will allow you to override all materials, and then enable each on individually until you find the one that is causing the huge slowdown. That could help people troubleshoot the issue with you.

Try to export to Blender (A, A, Remove Double see this anthology post) or Wings3D all free for easily cleaning your OBJ polygon mesh before exporting in OBJ format for Rhino! 😉

On your last picture, the tree is in the center, with all attention on it. I would change the angle to make the tree less important than architecture.

I would suggest using TIG's .obj importer plugin. Then make sure all materials are in the same folder as the .obj file. That might do the trick.

I'm not sure what the .ppm file is though.

Nice work 👍 Now some comment: the parking takes more than half of your image: too much. The perspective is a bit distorted, i would like to have straight vertical lines. The 2d trees have a disturbing halo. The texture of the roof is tiling. The people seem clearly "glued" on your image. Very good cars, grass and asphalt anyway.

Do not use emissive materials to light your scene. Some engines can do this, VRay for SU cannot right now. you have to place IES or spots in those cans.

It Is Corrected by change of importance Saturation c 1 (is defaulted), before 0,2-0,5, good result gives 0,25.

You don't mean displacement? Displacing large surfaces will eat up lots of ram. Large faces should be sub-divided into smaller pieces.
