The general thing we call an 'egg' arrived before the 'chicken'. There were clearly creatures before 'chickens' that laid/made 'eggs'. So what came before these creatures - certainly not an 'egg' as there would have been no creature to have laid/made it ! So the 'egg' must always come after its 'creator': even if you delve back into the dim past of evolution the primordial 'thing' that lays/makes the very first thing we might consider to be an 'egg' must have existed before the 'egg' comes into being, and at that point the 'thing' was some sort of genetic mutation that had stopped splitting its cells to reproduce and had instead laid/made an egg instead - indeed there were probably several failed 'egg' inventions before their creators thrived and so the 'egg' predates its 'surviving' creator quite readily

Nice bathroom Rich! We're about to do the same here. But the wooden floor is completely shagged! It's also much smaller in size, but I knocked this up in SU the other day... Not really room to 'swing a cat'. Oh well, at least I can sit on the john and stare out of the window! [image: Yw6C_ourbathroom.png]

@didier bur said: StartUp Delayer is similar... as the name already says, the program is for delaying the startup of autorun programs during the launch of Windows only and has no functionality for managing the several autorun locations of Windows. A very capable solution directly and free from MS is AutoRuns, a part of the the legendary SysInterals Suite made by Mark Russinovich. hth, Norbert

@d12dozr Could be that big fancy mouse you won in ICEvision competion that is causing the problem? Send it my direction to see if i can replicate the problem As for this plugin, it's impressive to view some of the sample applications, especially the hospital model which shows off the programs capabilities. Here's a link to some samples, you'll need to install the plugin for your browser

Just read the 'Sunday Times' Review of the iPad. Fairly postive except for the book reading not being quite as good as it should. More time I take to justify it, the harder it gets to justify it. Will wait for the HP Slate to show it's cards just because the fact that being first to the market doesn't necessarily mean it's thinking outside the box. But exciting times overall for portable computing.

@idahoj said: With this kind of "robbery" how can anything be worse? This is why i have to agree and hope that this attempt will at the least get us started in the right direction. I don't necessarily believe in all that is included - but something has to change. I am a former republican that is so pissed off at the party for playing the kid on the block that is taking his ball and going home since he didn't get his own way. Just what I want my tax dollars to subsidize - countless politicians that aren't going to do any governig from now on, but rather focus on the next election - and then the next election. Makes me so mad I wanna ! As long as there is no serious debate about what is actually broken and how to fix it! Allow me a brief example.....My wife recently went for routine exams, including a mammogram. Pretty routine stuff and thankfully everything is fine, but for a while we were concerned. When she had the first exam - it was mis-read by a shall we say "less experienced" radiological staff reviewing the results. The images presented what was mistakenly identified as "spots" that required a second more thorough exam, and a sonogram as well. This had us on edge for the week till we got back in for the test. When she is there - a much more qualified doctor sees her to let her know everything is fine - they just had to do the additional test because of the flagging that the originally reported "spots" cause when the insurers, etc. see the report. He also explained that the first reading is a common mistake and that it could have been identified at the time for what it is - the result of the level of compression caused when larger breasted women get the exam. He might have recommended additional tests anyways - but he assured it was something that he has seen many times, and that the additional tests confirmed. So - no $11,000 bill, but what is coming through is (for the most part) of course not covered by insurance the second time around since she already had her "covered" exam for the year. That on top of being billed by 4 different entities now (hospital, radiology group, doctor-1, doctor-2) with none of the bills seeming to jive with the other billings.................. It is broken badly and needs to be fixed!!!!

Well, Bloody Bridge is perhaps one thing worth visiting ( although there is no bridge there since 1898, I think ) - named after numerous conflicts during the centuries between Kaptol and Gradec, two separate boroughs. Then, you could also visit the Upper Town, including Strossmayer's promenade, the astronomical observatory, Kamenita vrata and Kula Lotrscak ( 13th century) which is also a gallery, St. Mark's Square, with a gothic church of St. Mark in its centre, the cathedral...there are lots of places to visit there. And if you are not that interested in history and museums ( and since youΒ΄re too early for MetallicaΒ΄s concert in May ), check again http://www.zagreb-touristinfo.hr/?id=21&l=e I am sure youΒ΄ll find something that suits your needs.
