Old. Well, relatively speaking. Win7 64bit SP1 Intel Xeon CPU W3565 6GB Ram Nvidia Quadro FX580. I might mention also that this system does not render some of the link buttons properly and uses some proxy fonts for some of the text on this and other SU pages. For example up at the top of the page, there is the group of buttons for Settings, Messages, Posts etc. The buttons are little boxes with little letters in them. So it is with the Login button at above right. They work, but they don't look right. Actually that is an old problem that I contacted Gabor about in the past. Edit: I use Firefox currently at v42

ok, dug through my notes from the last time this happened (with a 15.x update), and did this workaround Option 5: Open Windows Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files\SketchUp\SketchUp 2015. Right-click on the file “ThumbsUp.dll” and select Rename. Rename the file to “ThumbsUp.old”. This will disable the drawing of SketchUp thumbnails in Explorer. Did it to both 2015 & 2016. Rebooted, hopefully this will fix it going forward. If any Trimble employees are here, PLEASE FIX THIS Thanks, Glenn

To see if that script is the generator of the issue [and not a 'clash'], please disable the file "../Plugins/RS_Window.rb" Use the SketchUcation PluginsManager, or simply change it manually to "RS_Window.rb!", so that when SketchUp restarts it doesn't load the file. I then suggest you get in touch with the author directly... http://www.rubysofthelpdesk.eu/upload/index.php The RBZ version in the PluginStore is 3.0.0 and your list says you have 4.1 ! I suspect he's not publishing here any more - since 18 months... Also, please note the PluginStore's older version doesn't actually include a file named "../Plugins/RS_Window/RubyWindow_DatCol_Class.rbs" or "../RubyWindow_Load.rbs" - which seems to be the issue makers... So it's hard to comment further... These seemingly key files are also scrambled as RBS so it's also hard to see what they are doing... The author must help you...

I have experienced the same issue using 2016 on Windows 10. It's so prevalent I cannot depend on the date/time of last modification to determine if this is the most recent version.
