For that purpose you can find very good scripts in models of IstvΓ‘n Nagy in 3D Warehouse:
MSPhysics 1.0.1: Follow- and fix camera script
MSPhysics 1.0.1: Car with particle effect
It's a very easy fix - either the missing PNG specified in the HTML code needs adding to the HTML's file-set, or the HTML's code needs changing to find a PNG that does exists in its file-set.
When I contacted thomthom before he got it fixed very quickly.
But I've been in touch with thomthom by PM again recently - and this time it's taking much longer to fix !
Hi writers and devs in this thread.
Just 4 years later I found this! π
I am looking for an exporter that can export (to .png) "whatever" colors or material used in SketchUp into 1 file, and so that it can be used in an OBJ file.
In fact, something similar to what Blender can do ( Blender call it "bake" or "baking")
is this possible, does something similar already exist, or.. would someone do it? π
I just wanted to provide an update on our pricing. Based on the feedback we have received, we have adjusted our pricing to make it much more affordable. I hope you will give Skimp another look.
The last update on that one appears to have been in 2013. The Ruby version has changed several times since then so it's not too surprising that it doesn't work. There are other grid tools that you could substitute. TIG has his Work Plane and there's the Grid Tool in the Extension Warehouse.
The design and airflow calculations and such should be done by the appointed Mechanical Engineer. Until youβre ready to do that deep dive rather produce a tool that can be used for the layout, auto sense and insert the correct item at turns and has a variety of the diffusers / split units (typical) / grilles / whatever that can be used.
That is kind of my thinking, start with the basic layout (3D model) first, the calcs can always be added to the program.
I downloaded instantroof in rbs format. Im using SU pro 2018, it wants to load rbz files only in my extension manager. Can someone also pls confirm if the instantroof rbs file is somewhat close to 3.5mb
It would be handy if a willing heart can explain the steps involve in installing instantroof rbs file.
After 9 years one might expect a plugin to be unsupported and unsuitable for newer versions of SketchUp !
However, some of the ideas discussed in this thread are still useful today...
