ah.. okiedokie - I realized that I was treading in off topic waters ..
I have both adblocker and ghostery disabled for all of sketchucation.com - didn't know about the buysellads.com site.
If adding that one to my exceptions list doesn't work, I'll toddle down the hall to browser land

I hoped I fixed the system to never have to run as admin.. took ownership of everything.. turned off UAC, unhid sys files.. etc but will give it a shot

You've just saved me hours of trying to figure out how when it's not possible. At least my new stuff will have better settings.

The error is unknown to me, usually things like this are fixed by copy/pasting all the elements into a new model so it gets a clean slate.

As for movable geometry, yes it can be done but SU has a pretty severe bottle neck on drawing geometry so it will cause alot of extra lag.
