      I had big hopes for 2018 and for this one I turned them off. I guess some kind of auto UV for unreal and similar real-time engines would be great, but honestly, I do not see what they can get new that we do not have a plugin for.

      It is something cool to be done inside the engine itself.
      So if you fill your scene with SubD models and apply subdivision what strain it takes on an engine to make subdivision?

      Well, just eyeballing I think that moulding profile is to thick (in real life to) to be bend on that corner. You should make it thinner to avoid pinch on that turn.

      If that is group or component try exploding it first and see if a scale of that texture is changed.
      Also, are the faces of your floor object inverted?
