Good job considering the limitations you are working with. I long to test this out myself if I ever get new hardware. Shaderlight appears to be a very fine application. And yes, I did see the thread comparing VRay and Shaderlight.

As Thea Render uses some heuristics when converting Kerkythea materials and if you have some complex material, then converted material will most likely need some fine tuning.
