If it does not work using onLButtonDown then try renaming the callback to onLButtonUp. I recall back in the v8 days there were some quirks with one or the other callback method (I think on Mac platform mostly.)

Yes, I know what the problem is.
I have removed the UI.messagebox window and display the results in VCB. Now it works more efficiently. You do not have to close the window after each measurement. Only with PAN or ORBIT the window is cleared.

It is looking for a file to 'require' that is called: /bin32/binary
Unless there is a file in that named subfolder [in the Plugins folder or other folder listed in the $: ], then using that file-path will fail...

I don't have this plugin...
Assuming you installed exactly as its instructions... I suspect that the binary.so file within the bin32 folder is compiled to 32bit and you are using 64bit or an old [unsupported] XP version ??
If so contact the author directly to see if there's a 'bit-ness' fix in the pipeline...

So is it an error in your .file ?

Just following up........I looked to the Trimble SU........Knowledge center.......(search) HLR.

As I suspected.......the HLR print (output) option is vector based output.

So...somewhere......somehow.....the black dimension boxes are cause/effect of......??

SU dimension text fails to convert/display as vector?

User "success" in printing to HLR (w/o blacked out dimension text) .....most likely does not contain any vector based attributes. (IOW: print driver is really printing as .jpg/or other "image" file)

I do not have an answer/solution.......but to say the HLR print option......when used with a vector capable print driver.......will unfortunately create the blacked out text/dims. as depicted above.

Because the faces inside the group already have a color. Change them back to Default material then color the group. Usually I don't color groups, but the faces inside. Your faces in the tall group are backwards (blue pointing out). You can select them all and choose context menu "reverse faces".
