Hell every one,

I have installed sketchup 2015 and sketchup 2013 on my desktop.

Currently i am using Vray 2.0 for sketchup 2013.

I want to use Vray for sketchup 2015 also with out uninstalling sketchup 2013.

Is it possible to use V ray for sketchup 2015 and sketchup 2013 same time on same machine?

I tried to downlod vray express tool from chaos group website

But i couldnt find any thing under Vray Express tab.

Can anybody help me?

The problem which i posted here is not solved. i tried with uninstalling and re installing sketchup 2013 and 2014 both.

bt the problem is the same.

i used ccleaner to clean registry entries after uninstalling sketchup.

bt problem remains same.

i installed the same sketchup versions 2013 and 2014 on another machine and it works fine.

Whts the problem then? how to clear traces of software?

1 - Go to Sketchup
2 - Window > Preferences
3 - Open GL > Disable Hardware Acceleration

I was changing my noisy cooling on my gfx-card so for one day I had to use the embedded gfx on my cpu. High polycount models in Layout became transparent wireframes in vector and hybrid mode. Only in raster mode the style was displayed correctly.

Maybe try if a more simple model (some boxes) is displayed correctly with your style?

It is a low poly model.
i tried again with basic box model. (attaching the file). But problem is same.
also i checked with drivers and they are up to date.

I inserted a sketchup model in Layout 2013.

It appear in wireframe mode. When i open "edit in 3D view" in Layout, i can see my style.
bt when i m out of "edit n 3D view" it shows in wireframe mode,
I tried change its Style in Layout. But problem is same.

I did some modeling in skethup. Now i want to move my model to another pc.

Is there any way/plugin which copy all textures, HDRI's, .ies files, Vray proxys, external reference used in the model to a single folder?

It's hard to say without seeing your drawing but you might find Tig's Extrude Edges by Vector will give you something to work with. You can select all the edges and pull them forward just a bit which should give you renderable geometry.

m attaching the line drawing (not much complex). It is on temple's gate.
I want to extrude 3 mm circle on this. I can do it in small small parts. but the joints r not matching.

I m having problem with region rendering.
I m using Vray 1.60.23274 version on Sketchup 2013.
i reinstalled it. But problen doesnt solved.

follow me and extrude along edge takes lot of time.
Also when two or more edges come at a point its difficult or tedious to make a geometry.

As it it complex in design i don't want to use "Follow Me" or "Extrude along path" tools.

Have any one tried stereo red/cyan option available in Vray frame buffer.

How to use it? when i click on it both red and cyan images are far appart.

when i import vray material in Vray material editor, Sketch-up crashes.

Why this is happening? i tried it several times. But same thing is happening.

It is a rendered output. I use Vray 2.0 for that. (i m also a beginner in rendering with vray in sketchup).
