Yeah, the Bead is not going to scale without distortion. So you might try separating it into individual components, and setting their positions relative to one another. I used 3, but you might be able to get away with only 2 - the bead, and the rest.
Note, too that I changed the Axes of the individual components to make the formulas as simple as possible.
