dear friend . both kt and podium have the same render engine ( kt engine!!!) . your cars and render are good to see for me π you would have a bright path to future I guess. I wanna ask you to start a topic on car modeling plz . and something : have you ever seen http://www.designerspace.com ? regards
thanks Fbartels for yr tut . as i said i made it using WINGS3D + Sketchup . and i need the face to be curved and holes on it . i tried zorro , looks great . !!! thanks all
if you know TADO ANDO architect ( that i've rendered his house) , he is famous for lack of detail . i find the house over the net , add ferniture and rendered using KT . all bump maps are using KT . here you can find more information and .... : http://www.kerkythea.net/joomla/index.php?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=76
yours majid.
there are different problems , first of all : when i changed the sky color all the acene was too cool colored... !!!
2nd: the light is not as the real world and i dont know what is the problem
3 the boat cloth is not real at all ( i'm working on it)
and especial thanks to frederik ( kt team member) who improved me alot π
it was a military servis site i , just rendered (not designed). the setting for podium did strange sparkles here and there! mayebe it is useful for some works!!! in is no need so for lighting all over the site ( for example if it is a play grpund or...etc.)

I assume that you've used the SU2KT when you originally exported this scene, Majid, right..?? π
If so, you should try to export it as OBJ and import it to KT, and you'll notice that the vase will be smoother... π
Reason for this being that SU2KT doesn't export vertex welding and smoothing surfaces will appear more angular.

thanx , good advise . i'll try the way π
Also with .obj export you can do loop subdivision in KT! Helps a lot with low poly SU models. I just wish that vertex welding issue would be fixed soon in SU2KT.
I am an architect , easy 3d modeling is realy the simplest way 4 us knowing how it would be, & as u know both maquets and renders have no true scale...
i think all people understand a picture ( even from a building ) dont' they?
so i think 4 both of us ( costomer / creator ) it is ok! what do u think?
