Reading your post the second time, I have noticed that the error message you get is from internet explorer. Specifically from ieframe.dll. So maybe, please try to enter the pluginstore URL into your Internet explorer too. If it turns out you get the same error message there, please try to erase the cache of IE. I have to admit I do not have a ready made solution for this strange error as this is the first time I see it. So I have only guesses:
- Could you please add https://pluginstore.sketchucation.com/ to your trusted list? The URL of the pluginstore server-side is https://pluginstore.sketchucation.com/pluginstore_4.php . The https://plugin.sketchucation.com/pluginstore_4.php only redirects to it.
- Could you please try to enter the https://pluginstore.sketchucation.com/pluginstore_4.php into your Chrome browser?
- When you are at our extension store in SU, could you press Ctrl + F5 to reload the page? Still the same error?
- Is there any not widely used malware protection installed on your computer or on your company's proxy server? Is it possible that the error message is from such an over-cautious software?

We believe we have solved the recent performance issue at our server.
Thank you to everybody who gave us feedback about their experience with the slowdown.
The site should be back to normal by now.
Of course temporary - short-term - slowdowns could appear due to data line or server overload - as these have happened in the past too - but the recent cause of the occasional extraordinary slow page downloads has been solved.
Please share with us if you experience otherwise.

The cause of the delay was that our system did not receive the purchase form data. This usually happens when the customer closes his / her browser tab or presses "back button" before PayPal redirects back to SketchUcation after completing the payment. Could you please confirm if this happened in your case or let us know any if you experienced any other abnormalities during the online purchase process.

The licence will be available at your "My Licences" page too ( https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php ). From the My Licences page you can download / print your invoice which you can use as a proof of payment.

@abatari: This error message is typically thrown after the computer name has been changed. A possible fix is to erase the
C:\Users\user1\AppData\Local\SCF Licenses\SCFLicenseSignature - DO NOT MODIFY OR DELETE.txt
file and re activate the licence.Make sure you have the latest SketchUcationTools installed

@alfananda: Do you still have access to the devices you want to release the licences for? If yes, please release them there.
As I see at our server the seats you can not release were activated and used with some previous version of SCFLicence where the online release was not available. If you do not have access to those devices, then please write to support[at]sketchucation.com with the licence IDs, seat IDs you want to release and also please write us the reason why you do not have access to those devices you want to release the seats for.

Please check if at your firewall ( filter? ) settings all sketchucation servers ( *.sketchucation.com ) and IP addresses ( 178.63.47.155, 144.76.69.227 ) are whitelisted.

IP addresses 178.63.47.155 and 144.76.69.227 should be whitelisted at the firewall. The SketchUcation Tools plugin also uses Amazon's CloudFront CDN for static content delivery but that is not involved in licensing.

Our database shows you have all 3 seats occupied. Can you release the unused one online at my-licences? If you can not, can you tell the "HW ID" of the device you want to release the seat for?
