As I see at our server the seats you can not release were activated and used with some previous version of SCFLicence where the online release was not available. If you do not have access to those devices, then please write to support[at]sketchucation.com with the licence IDs, seat IDs you want to release and also please write us the reason why you do not have access to those devices you want to release the seats for.

Please check if at your firewall ( filter? ) settings all sketchucation servers ( *.sketchucation.com ) and IP addresses ( 178.63.47.155, 144.76.69.227 ) are whitelisted.
IP addresses 178.63.47.155 and 144.76.69.227 should be whitelisted at the firewall. The SketchUcation Tools plugin also uses Amazon's CloudFront CDN for static content delivery but that is not involved in licensing.

Our database shows you have all 3 seats occupied. Can you release the unused one online at my-licences? If you can not, can you tell the "HW ID" of the device you want to release the seat for?

Have you tried to release your seats at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php ? If you used the latest SketchUcation Tools for activation, you should be able to release them there.

It is exactly for what it says. It deactivates the licence on that given device and if the device is connected to the internet it also releases the seat. So it is a good solution to move the licence when you have access to the computer where you want to move the licence from.
I might have misunderstood your previous question. I thought you were looking for a solution for releasing a seat when a device is not accessible (e.g: broken). In this situation at the moment the only solution is to write to us.

Wrap-R licence allows you to activate the software on up to 3 devices. At the moment there is no automated way of moving the licence from one device to an other. If for some unavoidable reason (e.g a device breaks down) it is necessary to free a seat we can do it manually if we receive a request for it with reasonable cause. Of course this possibility is only foe exceptional cases and not for regular moving of the licence.
We are looking into the issues you have raised.

There is some issues when I first installed the program. I thought SketchUp version might be problem so I repeatedly installed and uninstalled Wrap-R several times. Then I can't license it any more. 3 seats came with the single purchase. So I wonder if I used them all.
About the licence. As I see your Wrap-R 2022 licence has been activated on 1 device. So you should be able to install it on 2 further devices.

SketchUp SDK is for reading / writing skp files. For reading a dwg file you would need e.g.: AutoDesks's RealDwg SDK ( https://www.autodesk.com/developer-network/platform-technologies/realdwg ) and for writing gltf, you need something like Microsoft's gltf SDK ( https://github.com/microsoft/glTF-SDK )

In order to activate your licence your SketchUp needs to be able to access our licensing server. Please ensure that you are connected to the internet when you are activating your licence and no firewalls are blocking the internet communication. If you are behind a firewall, whitelist the sketchucation.com
domain and all it's subdomains.

You do not need 2 accounts to buy 2 licences.
If you buy twice, you will receive 2 licences. Each licence will have as many seats as you have selected at the sales page. (e.g.: Fredo6 has licences with 3, 30 and 60 seats).
If you buy 2 licnces with 3 seats each then you will have overall 2 X 3 = 6 seats.
Though at your "My licences" page your 2 licences will be dispayed separately.

I have checked your licences and I can see you have purchased FredoCorner PERPETUAL and FredoCorner RUSH. As I see in both cases you have - probably accidentally - added an invalid character to your email address and this prevented our system to properly generate your licences.
Now I have manually fixed your FredoCorner PERPETUAL licence so you should be able to download it from your My Licences page.
If you want your RUSH licence refunded, please write to our support email address support[at]sketchucation.com
and refer to this post. If you prefer to receive your RUSH licence, let me know and I will fix it manually.
