Both Eegee and tape3950 have 1 posts on the forums. Therefore they are in the new user's group until they have at least 2 approved posts. People in the new user's group has less permissions, therefore they can't PM or email other users. This is why you are not seeing the envelope icon.
We discussed at SketchUcation this feature and now we set the "Users can contact me by e-mail" option off by default for newly registered members and set everybody's setting off. So if somebody would like to enable others to email him/her, he / she has to permit it by turning "Users can contact me by e-mail" on.

We do not know about any database leaks at SketchUcation.com. But as I see at the settings you allowed for other members to email you. With this option set on other members can email you and can see your email address. You can switch this setting off at your User Control Panel:

SketchUcation licenses usually arrive within 24 hours of the purchase. If after 24 hours the email with the license is still not in your mailbox, please contact us.
As I see you have already activated your purchased FredoCorner license so I assume you have received it.

The .skp files created by SketchUp are compatible with both Windows and MAC versions of SketchUp. Though you need to be aware that .skp files can be opened only by the same or later versions of SketchUp than the version of the one you created them with. E.g.: You can not open an .skp file saved by SU 2020 as a v2020 .skp with SU 2018.

@Einstein: If you mean by nickname your username, it is not possible to change it as it is the unique identifyer of your account. It is possible to register a new account with a new username. It is also possible to erase the account with the current username but it is not possible to change a username.
I'll look into the possibility of increasing image upload size and will inform you about the result.

Indeed one of our servers had some technical issues during the weekend which caused some failed registration and plugin download attempts. The problem has been fixed and the site is fully operational now.
