If that seat was activated with SketchUcation Tools v4.2.6 or later, then yes, you can do it at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php . If it was activated with an earlier version of the plugin, the only way is to either PM the author of the plugin with the reason you are asking for a release or write to support[at]sketchucation.com with the reason asking for the release.

Because it should work with all those data filled in. Actually those data are needed for a proper receipt.
I asked you to leave the other fields except the email address empty because I wanted the simplest situation possible to track down the error.
Now that we know probably one of those fields caused the problem, I need to find out which one was it.

Hi Mimom,
Could you open your Developer WEB console in your browser?
On the purchase page at the left side please fill in only the email address field at the left form. At PayPal's card payment form (which opens after clicking the card button) fill in all the fields properly.
Try to purchase, PM me the error message from the WEB console.

Hi Oyercab,
Could you please do the following?
- Go to the plugin's purchase page and make sure the correct plugin is selected with the correct quantity
- Make sure no popup blockers are active in your browser
- Enter a your email address into the form box (do not fill out any other fields)
- Open the developer console in your browser
- Click the pay with PayPal button
If it is still failing please PM me the error message from the dev. console

Have you restarted SketchUp after the update?
If yes and you still get the error message - it shows your upgrade hasn't been fully successful. Could you please download the latest SketchUcation Tools from https://sketchucation.com/pluginstore?pln=SketchUcationTools ? Then go to your plugins folder (C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp XXXX\SketchUp\Plugins) and erase the SketchUcation folder and the SketchUcation.rb file from there.
Then install the downloaded plugin. restart SketchUp and activate your licence.

ThanksWhy do you need us to release seats on these plugins? You should be able to release these seats from Your SCFLicence plugin in your SketchUp.

We are working on a solution to enable online release but it will take probably a few more weeks until we introduce this to the public. Until then you can PM Fredo6 with the details of your license (Plugin name, license ID, etc) and the reason why you are asking for this or write to our support at support [at] sketchucation.com . After evaluating your request they might or might not release a seat for your license.

The problem only exists on this machine (work pc) and all is fine on my home pc. I have no idea what to do at this point and neither what to google to fix this in my own.
So far I have found out that its very likely a problem with Sketchucation store plugin not being able to reach the servers, but not even completely deactivating my firewall has helped so far, neither have countless reinstalls and it has cost me days of work now trying to fix this. I would greatly appreciate any help.

ERROR_A04 indicates some problem with your signature file. Please try to erase your signature file at
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\SCF Licenses\SCFLicenseSignature - DO NOT MODIFY OR DELETE.txt
(on windows) and try to re-activate your license.If after this you are still getting the same error message, please send your signature file by PM to me for further analysis.

If I try a second time it tells me that my "trial period expired". If I click on manage license, it shows all of my license information but I still cant use the plugin. Super annoying.
Please try to reactivate the effected licenses and restart SketchUp and try to use the plugins again.

Ah, I saw two seats there, I thought might be because there is RoundCorner and FredoCorner.
Could you please release the license one of the not working ones and re-activate, restart SketchUp and try again?
