I have checked your licences and I can see you have purchased FredoCorner PERPETUAL and FredoCorner RUSH. As I see in both cases you have - probably accidentally - added an invalid character to your email address and this prevented our system to properly generate your licences.
Now I have manually fixed your FredoCorner PERPETUAL licence so you should be able to download it from your My Licences page.

and refer to this post. If you prefer to receive your RUSH licence, let me know and I will fix it manually.
Thanks for your assistance thus far. Now onto the next problem. I've tried to validate the new license provided, and one of the three available 'seats' is now noted as being taken on 'my' Sketchucation license page.
Unfortunately that's the end of the success story as the plugin still refuses to cooperate, it merely quickly checks, and then, having done so, it intransigently sits there in its un-validated state.
I don't have any firewall rules preventing Sketchup connecting to the internet and would deeply appreciate any further insight you might have before my frustration gets the better of me and this laptop becomes a frisbee.
