Make sure that your grass is a separate object from the pool tiles (or anything else really). Also could be that your grass object has a thickness and that's what i'm seeing come through the pool tiles (hard to tell from looking at this picture). This isn't needed, a flat plane works for grass too.

What resolution are you rendering in? I render mine to 4096x2048 then take it into adobe premier cc 2017 and start a new sequence VR 4096X2048 Ambisonics. Add the image into the sequence (you can even view VR by right click on the image and VR). Then export as H.264 and upload to Youtube. Try reverting to default settings and test. (See bottom left icon for default settings)

When this happens to me I just save and close SketchUp. Then I open it again. Try also to click on that three dots on the top right corner and change the material view. Could it be just a graphic's problem? Thanks.

If I read correctly you have not drawn them accurately. They will never align as drawn.

Looks like you are not getting the edges or not all of them. are the house walls set right on top of the grass? (You really should have floor or foundation at that level) If the house or other cutting element is just sitting on the grass but not not sunk into the grass surface, SU does not properly perform "intersect faces". Hiding the house so you can inspect the grass would help.
