Such files are no longer kept with the model.
This folder-path is 'hidden' - but using the path pasted into a Windows Explorer address bar should take you there, if you don't have folder-options set to shown hidden files/folders...

What version of SketchUp are you really using? Your profile indicates a version that does not exist. If you would share the correct information with us we would know what tools you have available to you and we could guide you properly.
Different ways for a similar result...a hole on a volume.
And you can of course move the hole realised along the volume

Does it work real-time (I can move objects in SketchUp and immediately see them move in Enscape) and let me use light sources such as spot lights through SketchUp?
Seems I have writed "real real time" and shown a video!
So yes ! Minutes 3.50 and following...
About Lights yes! See Minutes 7.50 and following...
Your post hasn't been blocked by trimble, the cia, mossad or anyone except the basic users of the forum. It shows to me as hidden, posts look very different if they have been deleted.

I currently use Sketchup 2018 although I am up to date with the maintenance program. I just downloaded 2020-2 and installed but I do not have an email giving me the serial number and authorization. Where do I get that info? Thanks in advance.
Ron
Try the SketchUp license manager.
Thx for the info!
Dxf from SketchUp are specific because curves are polylines so numerous "control points" !
Maybe Circles and Arcs can be exported as real curves...
With this one by Joergberg (for SU Make)
So circles and arcs are not "segmented" !

As we can see for the circle...that is a true curve!

@Last is gone and the new owners view Sketchup just as a business.
The discount deal to subscribe is pretty good if the new features are really needed but you will be just a subscriber and with no feedback option like in the beginning.
IMO
If your most current SU does the job just keep your perpetual or free license and then you can use all your favorite plugins as well.
There is no way to be certain that the subscription versions will support your plugins in any case.
Even SU 8 with all the super plugins that there are is very powerful and complete for most modeling.
Sketchup in the beginning was and still is the best conceptual modeling program that one could hope for but is not a Cad program and Layout is not either.
For Cad and production drawings Give Turbocad Deluxe a look.
It is very configurable and icons for all functions with user definable keystrokes too.
It has Model space/Paper space/xref and underlay PDF features.
Also will import/export Sketchup/Acad/Dxf/Stl and more.
Very affordable too.
Sketchup 2018 is a good stopping point as even old legacy plugins and all of my favorites still work properly.

Make sure the face orientation is correct. Blue back face toward the inside of the volume. Then soften the edges by clicking on them with the Eraser tool while holding Ctrl.
