I'm on SU 2013. Still the same problem. Only wireframe mode exports 2d accurately, but then, working my exported sections to delete all hidden lines feels like a deal breaker. Any new light on this issue?

Whatever he tried, I guess just hit "submit" to the post itself only but hadn't attach (upload) the file before.

While we could use both versions simultaneously with v.5 this is not possible with v.6.
If you have enough machines though, you can install the free version on one/some of them and work there when you need multiple instances of SU running on the same computer.

Sorry, what i meant was that i want to highlight a group of scenes and the apply a paticular style to that group.

great! I didn't know colouring lines is possible. now I am one step closer to evading cad programs... 😄

should be quite easy to handle the different line colours when your model is well organized (groups/components).

perhaps applying different line thicknes to various lines would be a nice idea for a ruby (unless something like that already exists!? 😆 )
