Thank you for your kind words Bryan. I really wanted to illustrate the premise of the infinite Library. Borges's description is loose enough to allow a broad interpretation. However, the very real limitation is that I wasn't able to create a model that could do it (the Library) justice. I'm quite happy with the render that I did complete but the requirement for more and more gallery modules to be in view to give the infinity impression just slowed the model and render process exponentially. This is despite using Chedda's excellent mirror suggestion. What you see in the final render is really the limit of what can be shown in any one view. Anything more always seems to reveal a space at the end of the reflected views that needed another gallery to fill it! And so on.... So, not a dead end but more of a limit reached perhaps. It was a very enjoyable learning experience and not at all wasted. Not sure what I will try next but likely there will always be the false starts and trail of unfinished models!

I've been using Irfan view for 10+ years now I think. Fast, lightweight and it can do some basic stuff so you wont have to fire up Gimp (gamma, scaling, change file formats, etc). Don't forget to install the additional plugins for support for additional file formats. edit: spelling

lol! A pinch of ickiness goes a long way. Whenever I finish something, I show it to my gf to see how she responds. She'll usually laugh at first and then she'll go: that's revolting.

No nails were used! Just lags, screws and thru bolts, even the roof shingles were screwed down, this being in a hurricane zone.

Hey Dave, I've always struggled to make threads. I've downloaded your video and will study it to see if it's something that I can actually use. But at this point I am assuming it will be over my head, like most things. Finally got to hear the Master's voice [image: vHPQ_MastersVoice.png] Can't complain about the snow this year here in southwest lower Michigan, been very mild. Unfortunately, that means a lot of wear on my snow tires, but I guess there's a tradeoff for everything. Stay safe, and keep the good info coming. Steve
