Just so you know, it's easier for SketchUp to handle a lot of raw geometry (many faces in the same context), than a lot of groups/components. Having a lot of raw geometry will make the file bigger and less editable, but it will be much faster to display.

Kuula https://kuula.co/about is a really nice program too that I use in a pinch. The free version allows you to upload multiple files but you can't link them in an interactive tour like Jo_ke's amazing presentations. The Pro version is subscription and seems to have a lot of bells and whistles. I've seen it used by realtors for house tours. It has those circle Hotspots on the floor to move from room to room.
