Could be Jim. At least if the wheel was smaller. The one I modeled is 32 in. in diameter and 6 in. thick. It would weight nearly 745 pounds not including the crank pin. Maybe that's more than the mower weighs.

At that size and weight I would take a guess that it is the flywheel for an oil or maybe hot air engine? Nice technical execution as always!
