Thanks so much guys. I'm sure there is a lot of clean up that had to be done, and I have no doubt my large 530 MB file probably needs a LOT of clean up as well. I just don't know enough on how to smoke out those problems and how to do it. I did experiment with it further and found the problem. There are way too many points in the curves. My intention was to pull it down five feet, scale the bottom face down some, rotate it some, and then repeat to create the bottom of the cave structure, but the program absolutely wouldn't tolerate that. Whenever I try to do any kind of maneuver on it such as scale, intersect faces, rotate, etc., that's when it shuts down. I got around it by pulling it down into a solid 5 feet down (It would allow that) and then on the bottom edge I started combining the points into a much more simplified pattern, which of course is a cruder representation of the curves, but for my purposes is sufficient. The cruder curves had only about 10% of the points the original curves had and as long as I worked with those points and left the original curve alone, the program wouldn't shut down. I could pull down further and work with that to create my cave structure. It seems that for any individual operation, if the number of points and/or faces exceeds a certain number, the program will shut down. Coding-wise, it acts like an informational storage stack problem. I'll take a look at the files you guys posted and see how I can use those. Thanks so much guys. Much appreciated.

Use the Outliner to see what groups you have in the model. It sounds like you have several or nested groups. The Skirt tool adds a skirt to a selected group, so if it no making a complete skirt that suggests more than one group ??

For anyone else looking for it, this plugin still words as of 2023 and does the trick. https://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=323&t=21155

The button not reacting suggests javascript is blocked or prevented from executing. Known causes are adblockers or browser settings. Normally switching to a browser with no addons running works. Don't know what else to suggest. Can you try a different network?

You asked the question 'over there' after we had both replied to you here. I have now replied to you 'over there' and will add the related gif here. The context menu offscreen is Explode. [image: gL71_Seamless.gif]

I thought I would just throw this in here to dispel any witchcraft rumors. What I showed above was just a method for making a semicircle follow me where the segments finish perpendicular to the face, as is needed for follow me to complete the faces horizontally. But it is just half a full circle follow me, albeit half a segment rotated. You can see the difference in this image, the one on the right has vertical faces because of the rotated circle , the one in the middle has sloped last faces either side because it is a split of a full follow me (the gif below) and the one on the left shows what happens if you use a semi circle for follow me. It rotates the beginning and end faces to be perpendicular to the first and last segments. [image: QnK0_Followsemi.jpg] [image: RJoJ_GIF27-04-202312-53-45PM.gif] The two things happening offscreen are, Orient faces, and Soften/smooth.

@tig said: There is a slightly newer version of the SketchUcation toolset available [4.3.1] - and it deals with the licensing set up. Although I can't promise it'll fix things, it will certainly do no harm. After installing the latest version restart SketchUp to [re]sync everything, and on reopening SketchUp see if things have improved... Come back to us either way... thank you, it worked.

That's not what I said to do ! Email SCF's support as I indicated, and provide them these details. I don't administer the Shop. Have you had no link to download it ? How about your spam folder ?? I suggest you delete your PDF receipt as you are sharing personal stuff with anyone who reads it !

After you download all of your license files, store them somewhere safe on your computer. Each of Fredo's extensions has a submenu entry under the Tools menu, use each extensions License... item to open a dialog and activate the relevant license file for that extension by navigating to it in the file-browser which opens... These License dialogs allow you to manage your licenses and well as the SketchUcation based page which also allows you to download etc... Remember, that as well as the latest downloads of each of the extensions, you need to install the latest versions of LibFredo6 and the SketchUcation toolset [which controls the licensing]. After installing them all restart SketchUp to sync everything...

It would have been helpful if you'd indicated you want to model the sail for 3D printing. In your image it is evident you didn't do the thickening of the surface correctly. Clothworks and then Joint Push/Pull to add the thickness. [image: vomO_Screenshot-3_19_20233_28_35PM.png] The result in the slicer. [image: A6LV_Screenshot-3_19_20233_28_17PM.png]

@jllaing69 said: OK, When I click on a freshly loaded copy of Round Corner, I get this message: Trial Period Expired: FredoCorner As Box wrote, Round Corner and FredoCorner are two different extensions and require two different licenses. Since you are getting the message about FredoCroner you must be clicking on a "freshly loaded" copy of FredoCorner, not Round Corner. I don't know why but a lot of people have difficulty differentiating between the two even though the names are clearly different.
