Does anyone know how to identify components that are exactly the same and combine them? I have a model with 1000s of components, but many are exact copies of eachother. At one point they were made unique but I would like them to be connected again. Is there an extension out there that can do this?

I'm trying to render a large HD spherical rendering to make a 360 tour. When I render one image it takes under an hour, but when I launch the batch renderer it takes 12 hours to render the same scene. does anyone know why?? I have gotten around this by rendering it as an animation, but would the bath renderer be faster if I waited it out?

I use Vali Architects instant roof. It has a feature to add details to a roof. The slate option looks like cladding. The script requires you to rotate the wall like a roof before it will allow you to add it, but then I just tilt it back.
