It's available in the PluginStore https://sketchucation.com/pluginstore?pln=Latticeizer Get its RBZ and install it, just like any other... Alternatively use the SketchUcation ExtensionStore³ from within SketchUp itself, to Auto-Install it... It works just fine in the newer SketchUps... But note that it's not been signed for full compatibility with newer SketchUp, so your 'Extension Loading Policy' needs to be set to 'Unrestricted' for it to load and appear in the Extensions menu...

But yes put the forms on the path resolve the problem That is because placing them at the extremities of the path-rail fixes their relationship to the path; otherwise an assumed relationship is inferred from each profile's vertex nearest to the rail start/end as appropriate - hence the 'twisting' that you had.

I didn't think of that method where I can weld the straight line after being divided. that was the last method I missed when I was having trouble with how to use the tool. Several of the my "EEby" tools were unexpectedly broken by the way v2017 handles its entities' IDs when exploding a temporary group etc. I have managed to fix almost all of the wayward code [keeping backward compatibility], however there are a few minor issues outstanding and the beta-testing to complete - I have been out of the loop for a week or two with family matters, but I hope to get back onto fixing these tools asap...

This is a very old Plugin. It has issues with all current versions, and v8 which is no longer supported... I suggest you try my SolidSolver or thomthom's SolidInspector² ?

@panixia Agreed, it is the most used pplugin I have, flipping between this and Curviloft but Extrude tools has more control over the end result imho.

TIG, Would it be possible to get a slight tweak on this? The extrusion works great but I use it pretty often and the dialogs sort of break up the flow a bit for me. I wonder if it would be a big deal to have a version that doesn't ask you about reversing the faces and automatically explodes the resulting geometry. -Brodie Edit: Nevermind. This thread is SIX years old. The RB file which is linked in the first post would probably work if it were downloaded then manually installed into your SketchUp Plugins folder. If you have an Ad-Blocker set for SCF's pages, it is against the ToS you agreed to, and downloading/images etc may then get blocked - disable it foe SCF - the revenue from its discreet relevant banner-ads helps to pay for this site's very existence ! However, there are now many superior tools available - e.g. thomthom's Selection-Toys [his tools need his Lib too]. I suggest you search in the SketchUcation PluginStore... Or the EW for suitable extensions... The newer tools' RBZs are readily installed using the native-installer, so no need to even mess on finding your Plugins folder!

My brother in law got this for christmas, and it is SOOO much fun. I can't stop playing with it. I need a set for my house for sure! Chris
