      Version 1.2.0

This version should be more reliable in getting the list of system fonts. I require update TT_Lib, version 2.11 or newer.

I've recently started learning to do quad modelling in other apps but these tools are great for doing stuff in sketchup! However there's a couple of tools I feel are missing which would be great to roundout QuadFaceTools:

That's for the details suggetsions. I logged it in the issue tracker.

Sorry man - I haven't visited this thread for a while. Do you still have this issue?
What version of QFT and TT_Lib do you have installed?

SUbD do work best with quad topology - and for that you would be better of using QFT to author the mesh.

At the moment; no. I have a feature request already to mark vertices as looked. I'll add another notch to it.

      Could you temporarily disable it?
I've experienced that some AV software actually affect the performance of SketchUp extensions. (For instance Defender under Window 7). I wonder if there could be something similar going on here.

I would have to add some additional performance logging to get an idea of what this might be.

..one though; what anti-virus application do you have?

Used old model for general form. Old model 160,000+ edges,
SubD model 12,168 edges. Was fun practice 😎 .

Nice, and if needed even lower poly version you could toggle back to the control mesh. πŸ˜„

    • RE: SUbD 2 subdivision performance issues with SUbD Entity Info

You could try to do a clean reinstall, just to be safe. Makes it easier to debug when we know there aren't any old files lingering around.

It's only the TT_SUbD.rb file and TT_SUbD folder.

I've never observed this myself, and I've not heard any other report of this. So I'm at a loss. I might have to create a special build that log timing of the various components.

By the way, what version of Internet Explorer do you have?

Have you tried with only SUbD installed? (In case there is an extension clashing?)

One question about the licensing... I just purchased v2 and installed it over v1. Without applying the v2 license key it appears to be licensed already. Is the v1 key also working for v2 or will it expire in 30 days? It only says "Licensed" without any other info.

Yes, version 2 was a free update from version 1.

No, it's not new. I already described the problem in the v2.0 release thread

Oh, I did not notice that original post. Sorry.

Can you start a new thread on the topic? (I've not heard anyone else describe this, so it's probably not going to be trivial tracking it down. I'd rather track this in a separate thread.)
