Yay! Great update Thomas

RE: Struggling to fit a texture to individual faces
Try Skimp to import as its importers are better than the native I find.
Or Sam's Universal Importer: https://sketchucation.com/pluginstore?pln=universal_importer

RE: House Practice
It's a real shame TwiLight isn't still developed. It is such a robust rendering engine.
Nice render. Maybe some nice texturing or bump on the fascia/soffit would help break up the uniform appearance.

RE: Another Machinist's Model of a Steam Engine.
I love seeing raw engineering. These days they spend more time compressing it into smaller spaces and then concealing it.
These older designs were purer and showcased the use.
Great modelling too.

RE: Orgelf's works. second topic.
Love that! Especially the raw SU output. Renders are slick too.

RE: CadFather (Max Coppoletta): JHS POWERBAR 2020 - update to 2025 ?
Powerbar is a collection of already independently available tools packaged into one toolbar by Max for convenience.
You can grab them as standalone and use something like Lord of the Toolbars to configure your own setup.
What exactly doesn't work?

RE: Sketchucation store tools issue V5.0.3
As per your other post you are on a very old SketchUp version. That is probably the reason it is not supported.
Really hard to be retroactively supportive of really old builds of SketchUp because of the sheer difference between that Ruby API and a more modern version.

RE: 1921 Home
@Gus-R That first shot is a winner for me. Especially the transition from shaded area. Cinematic vibes

A forum user has no right to express his personal opinion? you are pathetic. The design is awful, if you don't see it on your radar its a big problem for your professional growth
Editing your post 7 times to eventually add an insult is not helping have a constructive discussion.
Just so you are aware this new forum software keeps a revision history for posts.
Not sure how many people have flagged your comments so far but I am asking you kindly to stop engaging.
Your opinion has been shared.

RE: FredoCorner errors in Sketchup 2026 (on files that RoundCorner has not problem with)
I would think there is a few issues here that are mesh related.
- Edge density is at ~650 edges which very high.
- The boundary has tons of edges in areas that are really not needed
My approaching to fixing things would be to use Curvizard. Cleanup and resample the curve to re-create the shape with a more manageable edge count. Without affecting the silhouette.
You could go from ~650 edges to <300 quite comfortably.

If you overlap the profiles you can see no benefit from the excessive edge count.
You can then run Fredo Corner:

I would guess the reason RoundCorner 'works' is because Fredo Corner has parametric abilities to restore or edit bevel post-op. If the input is troublesome then Fredo Corner is saying 'I can't do this because the computation and parametric abilities are not suited to geometry'.

I lied....6 times

Also, this forum has a Block User feature so you don't see posts from 'enemies'.
Just click a user to see their profile and there's a dropdown with Block User.

RE: Help with plugin
You could try this:

[Plugin] Universal Importer - v1.2.6 - 30 July 2024
Hi! Here's a free new SketchUp plugin: Universal Importer. It imports more than 50 3D file formats*. Bonus: You can reduce polygon count of imported model o...
sketchucation (community.sketchucation.com)
It works with simple stuff
But the best way I fould to go from Blender to SU is to use the DAE export in Blender.
