Thanks Bob, I installed the new Driver. Now it works in 2013. However, before I had to copy the new 3DxSketchUp.dll file from "Sketchup 8" into "Sketchup 2013". Charly

Then I screetshot part of it to use as surface texture in my model.

Because, believe or not, the users know best (because they are using it). All we can hope is that Trimble will eventually understand this and will go in the right direction.

Exactly ! It is a bit hard at first to snap the both midpoints intersect in the middle but the you'll get used to it. And regarding your guidelines, you just need to select the face before picking the rotate tool and then you can rotate the face without worrying about rotating the guidelines. Well.. you said it first !

Yea, that's one of the first shortcuts I set up when I get a fresh SketchUp installation.

I know, it's rubbish. I always mean to but new job and personal stuff just gets in the way.

Looks like your in the wrong wishlist...SketchUp 2014 is out nearly 12 months.
