Stu, Thanks, I'll give it a look. I originally was looking for a free alternative to drop the majority of the bytes I wanted to share here. Every other online freebee I had available wasn't so free considering the ad load (and probable cookies) attacking the viewers. But now looks like Kelly has us covered...yea Kelly! Best, Tom. (Like the new avatar, BTW...the other one always triggered the "Jaws" movie theme in my head :`)

I'm a 1.5 to 2 pack a day smoker. I have tried several methods to quit. Cold Turkey, Cutting Down, Nicotine Patch, Nicotine Lozenge, Welbutrin, Bantrol, and probable others I can't think of right now. The patch was the closest I've come to success and I'll likely start using it again. The only problem is, it gave me very weird dreams. The kind where you wake up really freaked out. I had to stop using them because the dreams were making me exhausted during the day. I could hardly stay awake to work. Next time, I think I'll take it off a couple of hours before bed. Maybe that way I can sleep and I'll just have to use willpower not to light up in the morning. nomi

@fbartels said: These left me feeling quite... how shall I put it... small, silly and put down. The ironic thing is I was in effect an innocent bystander. No one from AIA ever contacted me to ask if they could use the picture, and they certainly didn't mention that when publishing the criticisms. Fred Mr Bartels, Please don't let those comments bother you. We architects need to think out of the box, not to be always bogged down by build-ability, the finer details. Fantasy is one good starting point; the concepts, ideas will eventually crystallise, be refined down the road. Of course its bad that they didn't inform you about using your images. Anyway glad to see your name and work there. Guite

Right on Paul! That's the one. No wonder I couldn't find it using my sharpening search terms "probably not gallery material" Thanks Paul, and thanks Sawduster, thats a very handy jig. There's a sharpening discussion going on at Breaktime, and I'd like to link to that thread.

Hm... None has good resolution images of my place. Live maps displays an aerial photo only from 1 mile and up... I have better orthophotos on my hard drive

Yeah, it's an "old topic" transferred from the old board. In his announcement Coen mentioned that the original post dates wouldn't (cannot) be transferred.

I started a new thread (did not want to distract from original topic) with my opinion of CB model pro here: http://www.sketchucation.com/forums/scf/viewtopic.php?f=72&t=4443

Isn't it a coincidence that we have two concurrent car topics which have something else in common? TATA Motors. The same company which have just launched "the world's cheapest car" is also financing the R&D of the MDI Air Car (see 'the world's cleanest car' topic). Guite

Tom, you really should post this in the Gallery when you are finished tweaking it. It really is a nice model.

@maggy said: Strange website, loads perfectly in MSIE but as HTML source in Firefox. Even more weird that if I save the html source in a note pad and then load it in FF, it loads well (except for the external elements like css and images etc.). I haven't seen anything like this before - and it does the same in Opera and Netscape, too. Maybe an MS-devoted server setting?!
