    Sorry, missed this response, stuff happening and loudly. I will not be sending any scene's for a while as onepillockdrive is taking me up the wall. On my tenth circuit of wall, ceiling, wall, floor....... microsnot wanting me to reinstall the pillock drive to "Experience the full benefit of a properly functioning pc experience, it is only between £20 and £50 per month to home all my files on their 'super safe' servers".     Realy nice renders. I 'm trying to render a sailboat in hypershot at the moment but I do not manage to put the sailboat in the water correctly. Now the boat just flies around in the space. I already tried to work with a plane and assign a water material to that plane. But when I do that I wouden't know how to make this plane fit with the background? I also would like to show the bottem of the boat in my render so the water needs to be a bit transparent. Is this possible and could you please explain me how I could make such a nice render as you did. I would really look good for my final presentation! Thanx a lot

    Coen - my client totally agrees with you and made similar comments. Tinanne - I agree that the palms need to be rotated, I started to do it on the left side of the image and failed to continue it to the right side. I did not use piranesi, just hand colored with a wacom tablet and Photoshop CS4. Bob

    Thanks for the coments guys olishea: i think you're refering to the normal map beeing too strong right?I still can't control it 100% but i'm getting there, i hope... TIG: i didn't know about that movie, specially 20 years ago... guess it's not such an original idea now. Anyway it made me curios about the movie (i'm a movie manic, i see everything that i can grab lol). Does it worth the rental? I promisse my next image will be much "happier"

    haha.. no no, the building to the right of the first rendered building is an existing building... i dont work in this office...so i dont really know what's going on.. but yeah, architects are definitely annoying to work with

    Probably just stills. My texturing isnt that great so i brush up in photoshop, for that reason alone animation is out of the question at the moment.

    I didn't export shadows in these images, they are just the podium shadows. I only exported the SU shadows to add a blurry effect for another project. If you read the whole of this tut I've explained how to do it. http://supodiumforum.websitetoolbox.com/post?id=3446402

    I like the creative approach to your design, and the stark(?) renders compliment it. How about posting a plan, I would like to see how you tied the spaces together. A interior render of the skylight space would also make a nice study.
