I'm having the same problem with SU2019 Pro. Does anyone have insight as to where the JointPushPull 'project on a plane' has gone to?

I have to say the subscription model and cost have put me off too. I am managing ok using proxies etc. I also have to ask myself why do we have to constantly pay more for plugins to compensate for the shortcomings of Sketchup itself. Tremble should just give you a million bucks and incorporate your functionality into the program.

I'm not sure if it is anything to do with the problem but I see your attached images are named with Cyrillic characters(?). Does the path to your plugins folder contains non-ASCII characters? Username ?

You'd better change a english user name.

Obviously there should be 2 input fields near to the button for the username and the password. Have you tried doing the 'Repair' to SketchUp's installation, as explained earlier ? If not, then try it and see if that helps... Note that sometimes correcting SketchUp's installation using the Repair can still leave some extensions' subfolders with faulty permissions. The reported folder... C:/Users/Adorian/AppData/Local/LIBFREDO6_DATA_Dir might be one of them... Try deleting that folder and its contents. It is hidden by default but pasting the path into a Windows Explorer windows address bar should still get you there - or change Folder-Options to shown hidden files/folders... After that, when SketchUp restarts and Fredo's tools run that folder and its contents will be recreated - this time with the permissions set up properly...

Works fine for me on those two browsers, and Firefox. Are you sure your password is right ? e.g. caps-lock on ? Try clearing your browsers' caches and retry logging in ??

Hello TIG, thanks for your response. I recently upgraded my sketchup from 2016 to 2018 but I never use it when I'm online (only for activation). I use a tablet to download from and surf on the internet. I do have the sketchup viewer for Android installed on my tablet, maybe that is what's causing my problem. Once I change the extension from .skp to .rbz on my desktop the computer uses the correct diamond-symbols to identify .rbz's. by the way: thanks for your awesome contributions to the sketchupcommunity: split to plane is my personal favorite. kind regards, Folchert Dreise

From experience I know that scaling imported geometry can lead to strange things later on so its best to get the import right from the beginning. IF you import something at the wrong scale it can be good to use a script that scales the definition. (Can't remember the name of it but you'll probably find it by searching for scale definition.)
