Can't login SketchUcation Plugin via ExtensionStore v3.1.7

I can't login to the SketchUcation Plugin Store via ExtensionStore v3.1.7.

After installing the rbz, I'm prompted to "Sign in using your sketchucation.com credentials", though there's nowhere to enter them. When I click the green sign in button, the message "ERROR: Username or Password missmatch, please try again." appears. I get a stock "The webpage cannot be found" when I click the 'Settings' icon within the same browser window. This exercise repeats each time I open Sketchup.

This post serves as evidence that my sketchucation.com credentials work.

Using Chrome ver:latest on Win7 with Sketchup 2014.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Meh. Perhaps the dialog is opening off screen.

Try closing SketchUp and clearing your Internet Explorer cache - as it's used for the dialogs.

If that fails, close SketchUp and use regedit and look in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SketchUp\SketchUp 20??\WebDialog_SketchUcation ExtensionStore
***Change the SUp version as needed...
You can change the SCF dialog's settings if they seem so large they'll open off screen...
Or delete its entry so it's recreated next run...

Obviously there should be 2 input fields near to the button for the username and the password. It should look something like this:

If the steps suggested by TIG won't help, please post a screenshot about what you see instead of the above. Also please tell us the operating system and SU version.
