Select the components, open Windows>Ruby Console, paste this one-liner and press enter. Sketchup.active_model.selection.grep(Sketchup;;ComponentInstance).each{|ci| ci.transform! Geom;;Transformation.translation([0,0,-ci.transformation.origin.z]) } This will put all selected components on the XY plane.[/quote] sdmitch, thank you. Just what I needed. Just have to be careful to copy and paste the whole thing, even the last } which is on the bottom line.

Always a good idea to read the usage notes to find out how to use the extensions you install.

The answer to that really depends on what shape you started with and which specific unfold tool you used.

Update your Sketchucation Tools to v4.2.9 https://sketchucation.com/plugin/696-sketchucationtools Install it and restart SketchUp. Now validate RoundCorner using the Tools > Fredo Collection > RoundCorner > License dialog. Use the Open button to navigate to where the .scflicense for RoundCorner is saved and it will validate it.

Delete the somepluginname.rb and associated folder from your plugins folder or install https://sketchucation.com/plugin/696-sketchucationtools and use our Plugin/Extension manager to disable it [image: vH4OJT5.png]

@rich o brien said: Looks like your pushpulling the face incorrectly. Rewatch the video and pay attention to how the person extrudes the roof profile. Enjoy your new journey I was deleting the line below the roof. Thank You!
