Good news; I just realised that SU 7.1 fixed this problem. You get so used to seeing something that occasionally it takes a nudge to notice it has changed....

It makes for a nice improvement in my house plans, so thanks SketchUpGuys!

Ah, I see what you mean. I'll modify my bug-claim then - the unbounded table seems to be really unbounded. It doesn't have a right edge (that I can discover) at the right edge of the paper area and in fact seems to place it completely off the right of the 'world'.

If the bounding box of the unbounded box (urk!) were actually selectable it would be easy and obvious what needed doing. I would also tend to expect that swapping from unbounded to bounded would create a bounding box around the available text i.e. typing some text and going unbounded>bounded ought to return the box to where it started.

However, a ! is like NOT so if !selection.empty? is just like if not selection.empty? - i.e. do something if the selection is not empty - i.e. the selection has something in it - I usually use if selection[0] which returns true if there is something in the selection... 🤓

Sadly on my Mac this appears to prodcue an empty string since the .csv file is always written to the root directory and not to somewhere useful like, say, the same directory that the model came from.
Is the Dir::pwd method simply wrong on a Mac? Is the plugin using the wrong way to find the path?

Change the line...

mpath=Dir;;pwd

to...

mpath=model.path.split("\\")[0..-2].join("\\")if model.path

That will save the list in the same folder with the model, using it's name+suffix - if you haven't saved the model then it's 'root' again...

I figure some people might be watching this thread and would care about this, but might have missed the other thread so...

Over in this thread I posted a fix for the freezing-after-box-selecting issue. This also seems to solve the occasional freeze when selecting lines.

It's a great website. Once I found it, I never had to go hunting again! A lot of excellent high-res textures license free for commercial use.
