Thanks mate! I'm a really LAZY renderer. I just use Maxwell pretty much straight out of the box, no materials other textures applied direct to the model, excepting I might use the lacquer preset in the plugin. I pretty much always render with skydome and sun on.

Do yourself a favor and download the free version for sketchup an hit render, that's about it!

Thanks mate! As mentioned I'll adjust the lighting after I've rendered the final - very bang in your face at the moment!

The image is for one of the cover shots, hence the reason for so much ceiling and less leg! The image rolls under the header so the ceiling is lost! Actually I'll be adjusting all that for crop(ability) in the final so it can be used later print use.

Not to take away from the site plan layout and excellent work on you part, I was wondering if the planning department has minumim side yard and set back requirements. Seems like you can not walk between some of the houses. The local fire department may have their own requirements. Some areas with houses this close together require fire rated walls on that side of both the structures.

Luckily this was one of the easier ones I've done as the placed cube icons are so simple and descriptive!
