Yes, I have changed all shortcuts that were previously assigned to the plugins menu to the extensions menu, as they were still connected with the plugins folder after importing my settings from 2013. I just tried setting a new shortcut but "Extensions" still doesn't show up.
And yes I tried deleting the browser cache, I even restarted my PC.

If you have your old version still installed, you could open it together with the new one and compare the plugins in the managers, maybe that helps.

I believe the plugins and extensions managers included in the Sketchucation Plugin Store Tools list all plugins and Extensions, not just those installed with it.

In SU2015 64bit this plugin causes a crash when I use RoundCorner inside a component. I haven't tested other SU versions.

SU2015 64bit sometimes crashes immediately after I use roundcorner... I have the newest version and I installed it with the Plugin store tool, it also works perfectly in SU2013.

edit: it only seems to happen on geometry that already existed in a model I took over from SU2013, but if I create new objects it works on them... strange.

edit2: no, I was wrong, it always crashes on geometry inside Components! It may be that another plugin is responsible for this that I haven't installed in 2013, need further investigating.

edit3: Alright, it's not SU2015! Apparently Components Manager causes the crashes. I didn't have that installed before, so it was one of the most probable suspects for this.

Your recommendation in the other thread made me try out every tool in this set, and that's how I discovered this issue.

Extrude Edges by Faces by Rails makes my SU2015 64bit always crash immediately after finishing - it works fine on the same model in SU2013. No error message, just crash and bug splat window the second I click yes or no to erasing the original curves.

All other tools work.

It's amazing though, how much faster this and many other operations are executed in the new 64bit version.

No, it just doesn't react any more. This seems to happen particularly if the start point is set not on the selected line, but also sometimes if it is.
Can you recommend an alternative?

Both errors appear the moment the left mouse button is clicked to set the end point of the vector, but nothing else happens.

With Sketchup 2015 64 bit, some of these tools don't work as they used to in 2013, Extrude lines and Faces along vector both only work when I enter values, but not by just clicking the start and end points.

Sketchup 2015 64bit sometimes freezes when I use this.

The Plugins Menu was renamed to Extensions in SU2015, and Shortcutter does not recognize it any more and does not display the Shortcuts assigned to functions in it.

I have no problems with Smustard Toolbar.
Hidden Manager, on the other hand, doesn't work for me, as well as everything connected to AMS Library.

I wanted to have this in Sketchup for a long time and just discovered it, but I also have problems getting it to work. In SU2013 I get script errors when I try to use it and in the new SU2015 (64bit) I only have a blank window. I hope this will be fixed soon!
