Thanks Dave, thought it was me, maybe an inference lock would be good. I've been doing the same work around but kinda a pain. I was dim. in sketchup but I made the din font size big enough for me to read they where way to big in LO. What workflow do use for dim. ?

Surely I'm not the only one who has run into this problem in LO or maybe so, but when I select a dimension and try to move it up or down the dimension changes. New to layout and watched some videos but can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

It's probably the way you have the dual monitors setup in Windows. I did the same with an HP laptop. They should be setup in extended mode in display options dialoge window this article explains a little better.

Update If you find more black dialoge boxes blacked out like in profile builder or at 3d warehose this solution of Juantxo will work for all blacked
out dialoge boxes follow instructions on this page to revert Safari back to 5.1.1 even though it's for a earlier ver.

house builder an building structures won't interfere with profile builder I use all three. I use the Pro ver so I can't say about the free one but you should have .rb file and a folder titled Profile Builder with a folder in it named library do you? Some libraries come with it and some you can download more on Smustard.
