As inspiration goes, it does not come better. Nicely done, Majid. Stay well out there.

RE: Another small plot.
OK, had an issue with what seemed to be lost textures but, was a return to back face issues. Something I have not seen for a while now. Probably a Rayscaper issue but not the end of the world, I usually check these things as a rule. This one bloody unit was an import and I missed the use of back face in one cabinet door.
Anyway, the downstairs is cramped but not really that tight when seating is deflated/stored and the folding dining table/chairs can be brought out for a meal with friends.
A drop down cinema type screen for film night with snacks easily catered for.
Hot water is as designed via a Quooker type system to save space and improve economy.
Heating via passive home and possibly a ground pump but passive should not need that really. Shower is electric and solar panels on the roof to power it. A pull out drawer under the stairs for batteries.
No boiler, gas or electric will save space and energy uptake.
I am considering uploading the bare bones as a challenge but, more on that later.

Another small plot.
I had a theory about small plots but sadly, I lost it........
This design is one which keeps cropping up with me, variations anyway. The sort of property which COULD be used for single/dual occupancy, maybe a holiday let for a couple.
I HATE designs which skimp on bathrooms as I know how difficult it is to manage with them so, a full bathroom with room to swing a mouse is a MUST.
Kitchens a different issue where small is fine if it is efficient.

RE: Sci-Fi Throne Room
It is a very sharp render, as usual.
I must admit to a little trepidation on opening the thread, due to the terminology. Where I come from a "Throne room" is a different fish. I might run off a simple render to demonstrate and a laugh or two.

RE: Sketchucation Tools 5.0.4
Moving all toolbars in a new project (No model) and saving as a template usually works for me New tools, new template.

RE: A Shaving Mirror
It is a very fine piece, the things we end up with. I have two of my grandfathers straight razors and a carriage clock I have no idea how I came into possession of. I tried the straight razor once for curiosity but, never again.

RE: I thought I would share this good news
Done good, Sir. Best news I have heard this week.
Onwards and upwardly mobile......

RE: Issue with Curviloft
First I just extruded the base vertically. Second attempt I added a step.
Copied the top arc and placed it as seen in the second image, scaled to fit and extruded. I think this is the money shot.

-
RE: Issue with Curviloft
Correct, if part of the arc is a more or less straight line, it will 'inform' on the final result. You can break the arc too with the more or less straight part seperate and it WILL still extrude as long as it was part of an arc (Glued) previously.

RE: Issue with Curviloft
Try changing the order of extruding profiles/arcs, you can get quite different results. Also, either the same number of facets or multiples thereof rather than different numbers all over the place. Much cleaner results whichever tool you are using.
-
RE: Issue with Curviloft
I thi nk extrusion tools might be better for this instance. I end up trying both as they can return distinctly different results but usually one OR the other will do the job.
I have seen this issue many times.
ALso, do all the arcs have the same number of segments or multiples thereof?

Research.
With all projects I do a lot of research. Sometimes going into the background of component producers like this one for a 1929 Frazer Nash Supersports.

RE: Rayscaper New Releases
Thanks Thomas. I think the inclusion of Skatter will make for a more capable render program and enable us to produce better results, getting to grips with it is the issue a few of us will have but keeping on will be the answer.
Step by step, tbh, I have never had a decent result but that is me and NOT Skatter at fault.
