I did this one recently
Initially an ADF firefighter. I then gained a Bachelors of Degree in Industrial design at Curtin University. for years after that I became a landscaper and mixed design and landscaping together and became a landscape designer. I then after a lot of experience filled the roll of landscape Architect. I have been doing physical work to keep fit after a long illness. My aspirations are to work part time in Archvis.
Had a medical procedure so have not used sketchup for a while so I got back on the horse today. Was a bit rusty. I did this referencing an image from jamzVIEW But put my own take on it. Building model was from 3D warehouse by Desired Space that have high quality models and are recommended. Sketchuo plus TM
Just did this render in SU and TM with a bit of post with luminar Neo, based on an image I saw with a few changes
I just did my quickest render ever. I know this is a SU forum but for this I only used sketchup for the terrain. I used Sketchfab and Megascans for the models and TM native trees. The first image is using Luminar AI to replace the sky and the second image I added filters to get the more mystical look
Hi, I thought it would be cool to have wet tyre tracks on the driveway. I could not get hold of some wet tyre tracks. I used a TM native puddle an shrank it down to the size of a tyre track and arrayed them as instances in a linear fashion so there are hundreds of puddles in a line, looks quite convincing I think
Hi I just created this loosely based on an old old painting. Modelled in Sketchup and rendered in TM
I just finished some renders for a friend, it is a kit home system. It is to be built on Russel island off the coast of Queensland Australia. Modelled in SU and rendered in TM
@Glenn-at-home That I meant was in those days an alpha looked like an alpha, and a Ferrari looked like a Ferrari, the vernacular has been watered down. For instance saw an f type jaguar with Maserati badges my reaction would be, "nice looking Maserati" but of course aesthetics is obviously subjective
@Rich-O-Brien Very good result. When you build a model for subD do you start with a plane, extrude the face, then scale rotate and move that plane, and on and on to create the quads. Is that the basic way to create the the model for subD?
Thoght I would post this for anybody that is into Clothworks and subD
Cars of that era were done by great designers, now? not so much
Quantum theory absolutely supports the multiverse theory, the multiverse and quantum theory are absolutely entangled (pun intended) in the double slot experiment and the observed particle effect
Modelled this House in SU from a photo. I feel stupid because I have used a few Post Programs and when I opened windows Photos it has an inbuilt image editor which is great for my needs
Great work, Dave, those machines were state of the art when they were invented. I have attached an image of a Quantum computer. Therefore state of the art today. When I say computer 99.9% of it is just for cooling the chip is about50x50x10mm. Here is a link to the model
