Is there a physical book for Blender? Something I can actually have on the desk and refer to, tried video's and pdf's and frankly they are not my cup of tea.
Sorry, I am talking about a book folk can recommend, I am loath to buy stuff blind.

Ta mate, knowing when to stop is not something I can claim to be good at.......
It helps that I still have one of those old Dell laptops.
I know I am a Philistine when it comes to this sort of thing but, what on earth is the 'reputation' thing about?

Ah, thank you Mike, Maybe it is because I am still like a child... wondering about this life... naively...I am going to share a sparkle that is nested in my mind for several years.
If I ever lose the child's inquisitive nature and always asking 'WHY', I will know (Or not maybe) that I am truly beyond hope and into the realms of putting pencils up my nose while saying 'Wibble' a lot.
Pardon the Black Adder quote.

Not a clue, works OK here. Download 'hub' issues? Guessing.
@Bryan-K
Ta mare, pretty simple stuff really, just time. Twilight makes the biggest improvement.
Having found that gravy train, not likely to change is it?
Perhaps you could expand on that thought?
Whatever the situation, adults who should know better, murder and maim their way to self righteous indignation.
Extremism and greed seem to be the basis of what is called religious fervour and justification comes because others will not succumb to 'our' point of view.
Listen to this 'oldie', it raises a lot of points we should all bear close to each and every day. My piece of moral indignation I fear.

Aris, nice to see the language being used as it should be. You get your point across very nicely in fact. I just wish I could answer the question.
Appreciated mate, thanks.
I know of developments when I was looking which included a simple arm on a low friction bar at the tope of the unit, sorry but I cannot find pictures, it was thirty years ago though. I did this for giggle and kicks, no doubt if I were seriuous about it I would look up knew (Pun intended) methods.
In short, you are correct. Keeping the orientation of the 'needle' will be difficuilt even in the example you posted.
Thanks mate, I appreciate you taking the time.
I have to concur there, very little use for sharing a model with folk who do not exist. Much like microsnot onedrive removing files from my pc and inviting me to buy extra storage in the cloud or lose access to my files and email. Lots of programs suffering from bloat but the return to simple times, unlikely now.
Too much invested in hardware/software sales which is a circular arguement if ever I saw one.
Brings me back to sawing wood, something I would prefer to do than argue with microsnot empoloyee's over why they think it legal or appropriate to steal my files and folders without consent.
Wow, irritated bar steward mode on or what.......
Another subscription, seems to be the norm these days.
They certainly know how to charge for the product.....
OK, with the replacement of mats, some issues have been resolved. I have lightened this image to demonstrate what I think it a problem/issue. The cabinet doors here have a texture to them they have not had selected by me. Is this part of the ai changes? If it is, I am not a fan.

Agreed, it is the most used pplugin I have, flipping between this and Curviloft but Extrude tools has more control over the end result imho.
Another piece of artistic magic. The digital museum idea is a cracker too.
You are THE man, Sir. I am in awe of your rendering talents. Unless they are photographs in which case. Pptttttttttttttttttht!
Change a thing and you get a call from sister carol. Not something for the faint hearted.....
Gradually moving this on, there are numerous changes but very slow progress. The hubcap proved to be a pain and a half but not quite there yet and gradually straightening panels, sub dividing etc.
All Twilight in this, just reduced the saturation to -30.

I can only agree with Dave. Magic mate and a joy to see.
