A further note: if you change your shortcuts, SketchUp does not generally save the changes to the properties file until you close SketchUp (at least on Mac). As a result, the sketchUcation tool TIG mentions (which reads the file) won't see the changes until you close and restart SketchUp.

I guess that way is far more difficult to be managed in KT, using layers as Massimo said is the best way.
I think Gilles has found a good workaround anyway, providing that the sum of the channels colours doesn't exceed 100% white in order to respect the mentioned law.

If you measure parthenon you'll find lot of golden section there. OK, lot have been published. But you'll also find another kind of section, a god knows where did it came from (again, lot of literature here)

the idea was not a selection memory , but to select what is being drawn.

You know, if it split the curve into two connected curves, could it be that there is a deeper level of triangulation across the rectangular starting face, that happens to affect the curve? Maybe not.

Yes I know that and use it a lot.
I think it can be useful to get this intersection separate to create new geometry to connect two volumes.
I used to redraw this intersection by hand to get this, if I'd know!

Thank you so much for your answers, I notice that Fredo have recently implemented something like an "Update Observer" don't know how this work but it would be a great thing if it could scan every plugin installed.

exactly this would be a must.
I tried chris fullmer's perpendicular face tools but it is not as easy than the rotate tool alignment, It would be easy for sketchup team to add this particularity for basic shapes. just 3 clicks.
