With this model, I can concentrate on listening to free ringtones from suoneriemp3.com, which is really great.

His work ranged from amazing carvings to a custom piano and everything in between. I was very lucky to have meet him and tour his studio in 1978. He had a Queen Anne chair with a hat an coat draped on it, all carved out of mahogany that was the most amazing carving I have ever seen. Every time I see a Queen Anne chair I think of his carving. I recommend people check out his work, you will not be disappointed, Wendell Castle was an amazing artist.

Thanks for the good words, everyone, and to Mike for the link to info about the Vignellis. They were a interesting couple who created many interesting and beautiful things. This table isn't one of the beautiful things, though. But it did serve one very important purpose: It gave me something to do for a few minutes this afternoon.

I haven't thought about the blivit since I stopped reading Mad Magazine every month. Wonder if it could be modeled in SketchUp--not just the edges, but the faces, too.
