Yup,Just trace over a hanging cloth picture and pull the geometry up,then divide a bit the surface and play with the lines a bit,can t be that hard.

It's my first cloth modeling too,although is not actually a cloth is more like a messy mesh and a texture applied to it,but is good for visualization because is so poly less and looks pretty real(it s not good enough for the main object in a render though).
