The trick to finding a lot of models in 3D Warehouse is to search a keyword + "3DWarehouse" in Google images. 3DWarehouse's search engine is practically useless. And in this case I translated "train" to Chinese which is 火车. You can use other languages to expand your search too which will result in finding more models sometimes.

Universal importer will do the job, I find the file reduction system too clunky but the actual importer aspect does a fair job so far mate.

Within 12 hours they generously came up with all the required maps and emailed them to me 👍 I highly recommend this site and have been using them for years. Definitely bang for buck with an enormous range of high quality PBR texures. Great support and they have free stuff as well. And if you want the pror Large PBR materials it is 14 USD per year 👍

Cheers guys, here is a subtle thing that I have tried before on old buildings. The nicks and dents take a while but it gets rid of straight lines and once the material with normal maps it adds authenticity.
