Texturing app for SketchUp

Hi all, a while ago somebody showed me an app, I think it was for sletchup, perhaps not, It was a material editor so you could change and fine tune the grout, for instance an basically tune everything. I remember it looking like a great program. I wish I could remember what it was called. Can any body assist?
