I wish text to image did not exist but there is no doubt but grudgingly these images are very impressive. I feel the skills a lot of us have devoted our skills to learning how to model and render are almost redundant. But that felling will be felt by many. Doctors, lawyers, musicians and admin etc Jus saying. What others feel about AI

As an outside observer, I find it hard to reconcile these two contributions:- @unknownuser said: You missed the point. I wasn't saying McCain would have been better, I was saying the libs' reaction to McCain would have been more pronounced had he done what Obama is doing. and @unknownuser said: he's the most divisive president in the last 30 years. Surely the point of the apparent polarization over Obama’s policies is a sign that the political right is much less willing to meet any other opinion even half-way than is the political left….hence they are generally the more partisan of the two. If you actually look at the individual approval rating you will notice that the two lowest approvals (26% and 27%) are both Republican…by a very substantial margin, suggesting that Republicans are far less tolerant of any policies other than their own than are Democrats. It also seems to be the case that when a Republican president is in office the Democratic rating is usually within 10 or 20% of the Independent whilst the Republican approval goes stratospheric...suggesting the same thing. Andrew, no, not handwritten fonts. The numbers could be Arial or some other san-serif font. I'm looking for a font like this to be able to insert them into a document that has to reference various parts of some SketchUp drawings.

@krisidious said: hey Ron... how are things? good to see you as well... that's one of the reasons I stopped posting, too many conversations were about "me" and not Sketchup, that and this place was as addictive as crack... I get so much more done in my day now... Things are great, thanks. I too, am getting a lot more done now that I'm limiting my posts.

@ecuadorian said: Oh, the irony... In Youtube there are many smart, inspiring, entertaining, or simply informative videos. Some of them have many visits, but most don't. And which are the ones that consistently get hundreds of thousands (or even millions) of visits? Those of girls staring at the camera, talking gibberish, or not saying a word at all. I guess the entire world has gone not only da-da, but also ga-ga. 1000% agreed

All those characters are from Looney Tunes, except the Grinch, which is a Dr. Seuss character. Kinda odd. But I agree with Teezer - people who get upset with this sort of thing are too sensitive.

She probably thought “If we require music, we already have a suitable device; it’s called the Band of the Coldstream Guards. It comes in full 3D colour with surround-sound and is extremely portable too.”

A friend brought this to my attention...this project is used extensively to illustrate some new 3DS Max Design 2010 features in a Youtube video: [flash=480,295:3e3kzyzd]http://www.youtube.com/v/J4tDM0D2BW8&hl=en&fs=1[/flash:3e3kzyzd] The rendered viewport with shadows and lighting (theirlighting--added by someone else in Max, as I certainly didn't plan those down-lights on the sides of the building) is very impressive, and I wish I could justify buying a copy of the program, especially since they are advertising it with my work! They don't mention at any time in the video that I modeled this version of the Stormhouse in something else than 3DS Max, though...an interesting omission! As I noted in the original thread on this project, it has successively has been drawn by hand and modeled in Blender, Rhino, and finally SU 6, and only belatedly imported into Max for rendering.

Note that when it comes to economic crises and hardships for people, extreme and populist tendencies always gain ground. It should be up to the wiser thinking of those more wealthy to help the less fortunate out of this situation (no, please do not think of military aid in this case).

They all appear to be concentrated on the old @Last offices in Pearl Street. It's funny that they aren't all in exactly the same location....obviously Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle in action; looming Black Hole for certain.
