Thanks, guys. Scott, I doubt I will model the surrounding buildings, our design budget will not allow it, and I have another element of this project to design and model. I MIGHT use photos of the neighborhood for background, if I can get some decent ones.

Thank you Stevebo for your kind words. If I have learned nothing else from going back through the old work is that neatness counts. The thought of purposeless lines floating around inside my model keeps me awake at night! Oh nooooo, I am becoming one of them....A modeler! p

Thanks for your comments, Ok, here is a new render with some spotlight on (not eco-friendly... ) I used the medium preset as i do not have time today, 1 hour rendering and 2 minutes on PS and ACDsee Pro. I have just printing on a Photo paper this render, and it really look like a Photography Medium Preset for me is enough good, 1 hour rendering, and PP it is perfect for my clients and quick.
