who'd know that a post from 2007 may still have that touch. it's 2D eye-catching with those colours. btw, i just visited that TomsDesk site hosted on Solo's Place. it says that they are for sold? there are price tags on them. if those 2D trees you shared were for sold, that means i cannot have them by downloading from your link. could you inform me about that nickenzyme?

@dale said: jaryn These are great. #9 for me, but I would really like to see #2 with other colors as the concept is quite interesting. something specific?[/quote] Two thoughts: My first impression was just wondering what other colors would look like, as I really liked the way the white accentuates some of the shapes, particularly the staircase, by forming a nicely proportioned border. But I would also like to see the dark color taken down the greyscale to see how the effect of softening the contrast looks. My second though after looking at them all again: Have you ever used backpainted glass? You get the subtle reflections but the color of your choice. It can be very effective.[image: v7xW_Screenshot2011-12-22at6.42.29AM.png] There are specific paints available now, but we used to do it by using a clear auto body undercoat primer and lacquer sprayed onto the back of glass. Cheers and Merry Christmas.

Thanks, guys, thatĀ“s really flattering TBH dear Simon, it was you who brought my attention to the University of Heidelberg digital library @tadema: IMHO it couldnĀ“t possibly end up shoved somewhere on your HDD. I am pretty much convinced that anyone should be more than grateful to lay his hands on such a model of mammoth proportions and render it. BTW check out this guyĀ“s work on reconstructing Fonthill Abbey using Rhino: http://www.hvtesla.com/fonthill/. And donĀ“t forget to check out this link as well: http://www.hvtesla.com/fonthill/literature.html. I donĀ“t know why, but I cannot open any of those .pdf files
